Sabbatical as (Me)search
I took a six-month sabbatical after realizing I could no longer move at the speed of expectation without losing myself. What followed wasn’t disappearance, but discernment. This is a reflection on rest, recalibration, and returning with fewer illusions and more integrity. When I stopped pushing, something else began to speak. This sabbatical reflection traces what emerged in the quiet, about work, worth, and the difference between endurance and alignment. It’s a record of what I’m now carrying forward.
