genuinely curious frameworks & flow

1:1 coaching sessions and consulting services designed for creatives, social change leaders and those living with neurodivergence… offering you somatic practices, creative exercises and custom reflections for accountability support to create a life you can enjoy

learn your needs.

accept your truths.

  • living with neurodivergence can feel 10× harder as a baseline. we often communicate differently because of how much we perceive and process. in session, i support you with:

    • setting and maintaining boundaries

    • titrating between over- and under-stimulation

    • navigating non-traditional relationships

    • coping within (or beyond) a 9–5 work environment

    • setting goals that work with your neurotype

    • forming a steady sense of self

    • creating regenerative creative processes

  • your needs shift as life shifts—so your self-care will, too. we co-design easeful, adaptable ways to meet your needs and build systems of care so daily life becomes more workable.

    • moment-to-moment needs mapping

    • energy budgeting and pacing

    • rest cues and recovery practices

    • simple routines you can sustain

  • healing in the context of autism, ocd, adhd, anxiety, or depression is hard—and possible. i offer trauma-informed coaching to help you meet reality and responsibilities while making time to tend your trauma with clarity. (this is coaching, not psychotherapy.)

    • grounding, orienting, and resourcing tools

    • micro-practices for big feelings

    • gentle plans you can actually follow

  • we explore practical ways to create systems of care—right where you are, with what you have access to.

    • mapping your support ecology (people, tools, rhythms)

    • identifying gaps and low-lift fixes

    • scripts, rituals, and consent-based asks

    • boundaries that protect your capacity

  • creative practice can be medicine. i offer prompts and structures to help you establish, sustain, and iterate your art.

    • guided prompts and constraints

    • studio/session routines that fit your life

    • finishing cycles and gentle accountability

    • community practice days (optional)

  • understanding your preferences—environment, eating habits, internal processing, relationship dynamics, creative expression, decision strategies, gifts and obstacles—can be so helpful. i review and digest your chart and offer experiments that promote acceptance of what’s truly you.

    • plain-language insights, not jargon

    • simple, testable experiments

    • integration notes you can revisit

self-healing and creating new behaviors requires integration support - that’s what i’m here to help you with

without a proper context or container to fully explore yourself, you can be unintentionally neglected or unseen. this happens every day inside institutions and homes. we don’t always have the tools or leadership to be truly curious with ourselves and with one another—especially if you live with neurodivergence, are a non-white person, or are a creative. it can be easy to get lost in translation, and it can also be painful or retraumatizing.

when i began my own journey in therapy more than a decade ago, i couldn’t find a path for self-exploration that deeply understood: queerness, gender dynamics, the subtle impacts of systems of power and oppression, non-white cultures, alternative ways of living, nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed care, creative practices, spiritual care, or neurodivergence.

i wanted to know myself. i wanted to feel it was safe and reasonable to exist. i longed to be an example of whatever felt real for me as i evolved. i also wanted to fill this gap in a way that would sustain me beyond the moment. after more than a decade of experiential learning, apprenticeship, and study, i now offer my coaching to support others like me: folks who don’t fit into a single box, who can’t choose one life path forever, and who are dedicated to healing—and simply need support to sustain their self-evolution and well-being.

what is integration?

integration means turning insight into action. together we translate your realizations into daily practices, supports, and rhythms so change actually sticks—at a humane pace.

what i do in 1:1 work

i work with you to get clear on what’s helping and what’s hindering your healing. sessions can include:

  • curiosity-based questioning and gentle pattern-spotting

  • custom journaling guides and reflection prompts

  • somatic, mind–body coaching and regulation practices

  • creative activities (writing, drawing, card pulls)

  • body doubling / co-working for momentum

  • verbal processing with compassionate feedback

  • simple experiments between sessions to test what works

i bring lived experience, study, mentorship, and professional practice to support you in navigating life with more awareness—and, hopefully, more ease.

what you’ll learn to do

  • identify and name feelings and body cues

  • create processes that make meaning (your way)

  • see how beliefs and patterns shape behavior

  • relate to yourself and others with clarity, care, and boundaries

what i don’t do (scope & fit)

i do not offer a licensed therapy practice. i’ve chosen to divest from licensure to offer eclectic, holistic coaching focused on agency, internal processing, non-traditional relating, neurodivergent existence, trans & queer orientations to life, and coping with the realities of climate disruption and late-stage capitalism. this also allows me to work across regions (no region-specific licensing limits).

i support people who can take micro-actions where they are. i cannot serve anyone in crisis or anyone needing a licensed practitioner’s opinion for medical, legal, or workplace accommodations. i don’t prescribe; i offer questions, reflections, and tools while witnessing you in your process. for specifics, please email me and review the disclaimers at the bottom of the page.

how we’ll work together

  • prescreening: i meet with every new client to ensure i’m the right fit. i’ll only work with you if i feel qualified to support you.

  • session design: each session is unique. we ground in your intention, abilities, cultural needs, spiritual tools, and learning style, then stay within the boundaries we set together.

  • pace & accessibility: we can go camera-off, use chat, include rest breaks, or co-work quietly—whatever helps your nervous system stay present.

  • cancellations: you can rebook or cancel as needed. cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice require payment of the session fee.

1:1 custom container

before we get started i offer a screening process to ensure we are a good fit. i learn your boundaries, emotional context, communication style, health needs, and personal goals.

what is a reflection session?

integration support

after every session i provide an integration guide which includes a summary of what we discussed, activity recommendations, resources, journaling prompts, and affirmations.

somatic practices

i offer somatic practices based on psychoneuroenergetics and what i’ve learned at the embody lab which is rooted in polyvagal theory, spiritual care, and psychoanalysis practices.

cultural care

every session is designed to support your cultural context and spiritual care needs. i offer art healing, divination support, human design, astrology, and more.

self-regulation

self-regulation

i offer coaching to support creatives, leaders, and neurodivergent beings. my clients are open to discovering what they need to learn to live into their truest expression and potential. together, we build capacity for self-regulation, boundary-setting, and clearly naming needs.

after working together, clients often share quicker shifts: releasing limiting traits and patterns; trusting their inner voice; strengthening discernment and intuition skills; cultivating more pleasurable relationships; creating art or business offerings that center regeneration and reciprocity; and, most of all, bringing more humor and acceptance to life—whatever the circumstances.

i offer this coaching as a practical way to stay curious and sustain genuine connection with yourself and others. this is the work i believe we need—now more than ever—to help create a more nourishing and just world.

be with your feelings, learn your body

session options & flows

curiosity coaching session

50 minutes
$80–$175 sliding scale (pay what you can)

during this time together, we’ll explore whatever you want to process, contemplate, or address in your life. we’ll look at how to integrate new beliefs and experiment with practices that support self-actualization—often using creative exercises and my self-healing decks.

this session is great for:

  • coaching: a guide to help you make the changes you want but don’t know how to approach alone

  • human design support: understanding your chart through the lens of your themes and goals

  • self-care support: co-creating a wellness plan that works with your body and life demands

  • body doubling: co-working, cleaning, cooking, or other task completion via zoom

  • verbal processing: speaking freely while i offer questions and observations to help you discover more about yourself and your context

  • theme-specific focus: support around whatever feels most relevant right now

somatic session

50 minutes
$80–$175 sliding scale (pay what you can)

we’ll explore sensations in your body using processes and tools informed by psychoneuroenergetics and the embody lab, with a trauma-informed approach. these sessions help you get in touch with sensations and what they may be communicating, and learn how to work with big feelings that can disrupt the behaviors you want.

there is no “end goal” with your body’s sensations or feelings—only learning to self-regulate and make meaning of what is needed in your day-to-day life.

if you’re seeking in-person pne work (where points are held), you’ll need a minimum of 4–12 sessions beforehand so we can build trust and so i can assess whether i’m the right practitioner to hold your points. if i’m not aligned, i can connect you with other practitioners or somatic modalities to explore.

self-care retreat session

120 minutes (can be experienced as 4 × 30-minute sessions, 2 × 60-minute sessions, or one 120-minute session)
$450–$950 sliding scale (pay what you can)

we may use art-healing modalities, decolonized astrology, and human design to clarify what you want to do, understand, or navigate. i study your chart before we meet and walk you through it during session.

post-session, i create a thorough, custom self-reflection guide to support your unique integration process—based on what you share and request. your guide can include affirmations, journaling prompts, creative exercises, and links to resources and media.

this session is ideal for: moving through life transitions, shifting behavior patterns, grief work, ancestral healing, and getting clear on what alignment can look like for you, your practice, or any situation you’re facing.

it’s a retreat-style container for deep reflection, integration, and spaciousness amid the busyness of life—especially when you can’t get away. (if you prefer smaller tidbits of support, book a curiosity coaching session and we’ll build one step at a time.)

this session offers a comprehensive overview of possible healing goals, inspiration to ground your vision or inner-healing journey, and guidance on what therapists, healers, medical providers, or other care supports you might seek out. no medical advice is given—this work simply orients you to what may be real for you based on your lived experiences, human design, and life path.

  • we open the the session establishing our mutual boundaries and consent clarifications. session begins with a grounding activity suited to your needs. common openings include: verbal processing to attune to one another, somatic noticing to get connected to the body, a meditation practice, a writing activity, or a movement exercise to get into the body. we will do what you need to get you present and cozy before we go deep into the session.

  • the session opens with your choice of intention. options to choose from are vast and in your on-boarding paperwork you are provided with possible options. the opening of the session helps us to locate what it is that you want to dive deeper into during our time together. as we deepen into the session we explore themes, patterns and context of your situation. we work together through a process of inquiry to get clear on what you choose to focus on.

  • as the session wraps up we will choose one to three things to reiterate and give gratitude to. we will work to initiate the integration process so you can best be with what occurred in the session. there is designated time for additional questions, resource requests, and anything else you feel you might need to be supported as we transition to closing the session.

  • if you are needing support post-session we can schedule a follow-up so you know you will be supported to continue your healing.

the self-care retreat session offers a journaling guide seven days after our time together. i send over a reflection guide that offers: affirmations, journaling prompts and other resources for you to keep as you live into the realizations that you’ve had during our session. during the week-long window for integration and reflection you can send any additional questions or thoughts over to me. i then add more support to your reflection guide which i send to you on day seven.

living as a highly sensitive person in a world that rarely centers sensitivity can be disorienting. for years i was told to be less, feel less, say less—until i learned to map my nervous system, beliefs, and relationships and rebuild trust with myself. that work led me to a practice rooted in reciprocity, agency, and creative healing for neurodivergent folks and sensitives. if this resonates, you’re not alone, i’m here to support you.

are you able to understand many sides of an experience because you can intuitively feel it?

i thought everyone was like this. growing up, i stumbled through life while being told i was overthinking and overexplaining. i spent years trying to be less, feel less, say less. i was taught early that being a highly sensitive person (hsp) was a problem to fix or hide. after almost a decade of tending to my inner worlds, i believe being highly sensitive is more of a gift than a curse.

the overculture makes sensitivity look like a curse. i believed that for a long time. i asked experts for answers, traveled searching for belonging, and still didn’t find what i longed for. eventually i learned that nothing could erase the loneliness that comes with heightened awareness—but i could create joy by making, connecting, and collaborating with others like me. the deeper work asked me to learn the intricacies of my nervous system, belief system, and relational ecosystem. as soon as i learned to regulate my nervous system, i also discovered language for my neurodivergence, which helped me find community and build a practice rooted in reciprocity and agency-centered care.

understanding the vastness of my own needs has helped me relate to others and actually enjoy life.

my fellow neurodivergent humans know we can trust ourselves. when i began therapy, i couldn’t find support that worked with my highly sensitive trait. i was told to expect being permanently intense—always mentally preoccupied and deeply passionate. with no other story offered, i began to write my own.

i was praised for being highly functional. i kept asking for real support and searching for aligned practitioners. i was labeled lazy, anxious, too philosophical; pathologized in ways that didn’t help. i looked like a “star client” because i could implement quickly, but inside i was overwhelmed and alone. then i had a breakthrough: i would learn what i needed by changing my habits and routines on my terms.

i studied how i was adapting for my health. i added rituals to anchor my days and rebuild self-trust. i realized i need written instructions, more alone time, and 1:1 processing to learn. as i adjusted my life, i could rest and hear myself. i felt my body more, and i saw how much meaning, feeling, and projection i was carrying.

i committed to understanding how to be with all of it and created my own way of working through my interiority.

i mapped the constellation of my inner life—feelings, meanings, projections, reflections. i got intimate with how i was showing up in the world. i got curious about why i was doing what i was doing. i noticed which thoughts were shaping my emotions. i learned where in my body i felt safe. i clarified, in my relationships, how my emotions were flowing and why.

this inner work is mostly unseen and hard to articulate, which is why i offer these services as a coach: to help you orient to your own needs and dreams. if this resonates, i’d be honored to support you.

  • “my session with tianna was phenomenal, emotional, clarifying and invited me to cross a threshold towards deeper integrity, alignment and creativity with my praxis, leadership and spirit. i had been approaching my misalignment with my work without oracular assisted guidance and tianna held space to tap into coaching that emerged from a place of intuition, divination and prayer. since our session, i have integrated their reflections and my life has deeply transformed towards my highest calling. i highly recommend Tianna for creatives seeking interdimensional growth so their offerings can emerge from their most authentic origins!”

brontë velez, Creative Director, Lead to Life / Eco-Social Naturalist Educator, Weaving Earth

  • “i write this review six months after meeting with tianna, so when i say i’m not sure where to begin;  i truly mean i’m not sure where to begin. i say this because in this span of six months, many of the things tianna had forecasted have either come into fruition or is on its way towards happening. what i found most surprising, was the level of insight tianna was able to provide - all while being extremely articulate which made the experience more comprehensive.   i left our encounter with the feelings of excitement, joy, and ready for the unknown. which fortunately; i now had the upper hand of being a little bit more in the know.  thank you tianna, you are an unexpected gift!

    Rhob, CEO/Founder, RDD Interior Design

  • “tianna met me where i was at and helped me get to where i wanted to be. i have run a business with my brother for more than a decade. it was driving a wedge between our sibling relationship. after working with tianna i learned the next steps to take for our business to thrive relationally. i have also been in an amazing and freeing dynamic with my brother after many years of wishing for this i am forever grateful!”

    Jude, CST Therapist

  • “tianna has a gift of seeing beyond the ‘known’, during our session i felt so well held in my wholeness, and in the wholeness of the complexity of the world and the web of intersectional relationships. it felt both expansive and incredibly practical, helping me bring the vastness and complexity of my internal world into focus with clear identification of the central themes i am working with. in and after our time together i felt not only more seen and recognized and a deeper sense of belonging, but also more empowered on my path to resource myself, grow and lead through and with… what felt like challenge or disability came into deeper embodied belief that indeed perhaps my differences are my superpowers… i only wish i had more time with tianna, i fully recommend working with them and their capacity to support you on your path, where you want to go.”

Siri Gunnarson, Wilderness Rights of Passage Guide

  • “working with t was such a gift. they weave in so many different modalities with such a depth of intuitive presence to the present-moment unfolding. they can dance between asking really astute questions, consulting guidance from the more than human, tracking embodiment and lovingly calling you out in a way that gets to the root. they’re playful, they’re mystical and overall just an absolute wonder. i felt very seen and held by them at a time when i felt really lost. would seek guidance from them any day.”

    Maya, Somatic Practitioner

  • “i so appreciate your time and guidance in all of this - you really have a gift for seeing and knowing people and i'm so grateful to have crossed your path.”
