Work With Me Guide
Work With Me Guide
My work is relationship-centered and systems-focused. This page shares my boundaries, relational style, and what I ask for in collaboration. I invite you to explore whether connecting here feels aligned for where you are and what you’re seeking.
-
I work from a foundation of balance.
My approach is grounded in the Genuinely Curious Healing Framework, which integrates:
nervous system awareness (sensation)
narrative clarity (meaning-making)
reflection on past patterns (intergenerational relating)
and relational feedback (how we impact others)
Whether I’m supporting an individual, a team, a community, or an institution, my focus is the same: create enough clarity, consent, and containment to maintain movement.
My vocation is devoted to providing meaningful ways to move forward in creating lives, spaces and relationships we want to see in the world with the least amount burnout and lack of relational repair.
The more we create opportunities to allow ourselves and others to feel and create coherence - the more we can build consistent and healthier realities to occupy our time.
-
I support people and organizations through four core functions, offered independently in a 1:1 context or combined within organizational or community/co-operative settings:
Emotional & Relational Skill-Building: I create programs and relational containers that help individuals or teams practice emotional, communication, and regulation skills in real time.
Strategy, Narrative & Systems Design: I help name and clarify what’s needed, what’s unseen, and viable paths forward. This can look like audits & process optimizations that include nervous system care as well.
Coaching & Relational Stewardship: I offer firm, kind and thorough guidance through transitions, expansion, or expired life patterns. I support growth without abandoning care or accountability.
-
I work with:
individuals navigating transition, leadership, or healing
creatives, social change leaders, neurodivergent, queer + trans beings
organizations, companies, and institutions seeking clarity and collaboration
teams launching or repairing complex projects or relationships
any combination of the above, including roles as a relationship or partnerships manager spanning strategy-specific, seasonal support, part-time, or full-time capacities.
I’m especially well-suited to roles where I can work behind the scenes and across relationships, supporting leadership, translating between worlds, and ensuring follow-through.
-
To protect my nervous system and the wider relational ecosystem, I don’t intermix coaching with other roles or relationships.
That means:
If we work together professionally in any capacity, I can’t coach you
If we’re peers or friends in regular, ongoing community, I can’t coach you
If we’re art collaborators, I can’t coach you during that project or while we anticipate continuing collaboration
If there’s overlap in one season of life, you’re welcome to reach out when boundaries or commitments shift. I’m always happy to reconnect and see what’s possible then.
-
Collaboration begins with clear agreements. We align on:
scope, budget, and timeline
non-negotiables
communication styles and capacity
meeting cadences and deliverables
When expectations are named early, the work becomes grounded, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable.
-
A container is a time-bound space held by shared agreements and intentions. My work is guided by:
agency and consent
transparency and confidentiality
earned trust and honest pacing
durability over urgency
I do not work on projects involving:
unclear leadership
misalignment or coercive dynamics
toxic or extractive dynamics
This means I do not offer unpaid emotional labor or informal exploratory “pick your brain,” conversations. Discovery sessions and consultations are paid and clearly scoped.
-
I am not a therapist. My work does not replace therapy.
I’m an integrationist by practice. For the last decade I have supported clients in:
embodying what they already know by creating a safe space to practice
building nervous system capacity by offering mind-body connection exercises
discovering relational clarity through deep, goal-oriented inquiry
sustaining routines that interrupt trauma patterns and open new possibilities
navigating alternative living, including:
land projects
nomadic lifestyles
intergenerational relationships
polyamory
divorce or post-divorce
platonic partnership
nature reconnection
somatic and athletic reconnection
designing systems of care for AuDHD or highly sensitive people
I work best with clients who:
have multiple supports (friends, family, creative community, dedicated solo time, etc.)
are resourced enough to engage collaboratively and feel excited to pay me as a means of:
staying connected to oneself and personal goals
self-care retreat
needing support through a season of life
seeking a secure-intense or secure-intuitive attachment-style companion to express oneself with (without fear of misinterpretation, judgment, or abandonment)
having a creative director, teacher, or strategist who can guide them and hold them accountable in the areas of life, work, or love they want to strengthen or feel more devoted to
-
I operate on a sliding scale that is customized to each client’s situation
I accept individual sessions, workshops, and multi-month 1:1 contracts
I move intentionally between full-time roles, contracts, and client work to maintain quality and sustainability.
If I’m unable to partner with you in a given season and there is mutual interest in moving forward, I can offer a future timeline or a minimum check-in point to revisit possibilities.
I respond within 48 hours at minimum and manage my calendar availability via email (no instant access unless it’s easeful at the time; I do respond immediately when feasible).
Client confidentiality is protected through HIPAA waivers, NDAs, and IP agreements, as appropriate.
-
Through years of organizing, leadership, and community stewardship, I’ve learned that upfront transparency and boundary negotiation are not “obstacles,” “doing the most,” or “too much,” they are what make meaningful, long-term impact possible.
Misalignment is what quietly erodes relationships, belief systems, work, healthy routines, and focus or flow states.
I do my best work when I feel safe, grounded, and respected.
I aim to create those same conditions for the people and systems I support as a baseline.
I trust every transition, initiation, and invitation as an opportunity to choose more alignment.
-
My offerings are designed to support nervous-system safety on your terms, through informed consent and collaborative integration practices.
I am not qualified to facilitate chemically or intentionally induced altered states of consciousness involving substances, and I do not provide psychedelic-assisted, trance-induction, or non-ordinary state interventions. My work may include contemplative practices such as meditation, visualization, and guided awareness, which are used for grounding and integration rather than for inducing non-ordinary states.
I do not supervise, advise on, or participate in any form of medical oversight related to psychiatric medications, prescribed substances, detoxification, withdrawal, dosage changes, or care plans involving substance use. I do not provide medical recommendations, treatment planning, or clinical guidance of any kind.
Any changes to medication or substance use must be made under the care of a licensed medical or mental health provider. I prefer to work with clients who are already at least six months into a medically supervised process of changing dosage, routine, or discontinuing psychiatric treatment. If we are already working together and you are anticipating or beginning a medication change, I’m happy to continue our work as long as you have an active care plan with your licensed healthcare provider.
My offerings support reflection, embodiment, relational healing, and meaning-making. I do not provide medical, psychiatric, addiction, or crisis support services, and nothing I offer is a substitute for licensed clinical care or emergency services.
-
I do offer trades or service swaps as part of my practice as a way of participating in economies rooted in reciprocity, access, and relational care and not solely monetary exchange.
Trades may take many forms, including fellowships, residencies, time-sharing, skill exchange, or service-for-service arrangements. Each exchange is shaped collaboratively based on capacity, timing, need, and the values we are each bringing into the relationship.
Before moving forward with any trade or barter, we will discuss boundaries and establish a shared collaboration agreement in writing that clarifies what is being exchanged, when and how the exchange will happen, and what each of us is responsible for. This helps ensure clarity, care, and mutual respect, and protects the relationship from confusion or imbalance.
Trades are not informal consulting or open-ended “brain-picking.” They are intentional agreements that honor time, labor, and lived expertise on both sides.
Trades are established before any services are exchanged; I do not retroactively convert unpaid conversations or feedback into trade arrangements. All negotiation and labor involved in designing our shared agreement will be reflected in the final written agreement.
