tianna renee arredondo (they/them)

I’m Tianna, a somatic practitioner (life coach), strategist, creative, and facilitator. I guide people and organizations through change with clarity, coherence, calm, and power.

Using frameworks and tools I’ve developed over the last decade, I support individuals, teams, and communities in learning how to self-regulate, reconnect, and restore their sense of agency during times of uncertainty.

In a world that rarely slows down, transition has become increasingly complex. Many of us are moving through exhaustion, relational breakdown, and systemic instability without consistent or grounded support.

I work with individuals looking for grounding practices during periods of transition. I also work with organizations navigating complex priorities, teams seeking stronger relational cultures and communities needing support with creative expression, connection practices and grief work.

My role is to help create alignment internally and collectively, through relationship to self and others. This is how I reimagine change being met with steadiness rather than force.

My work blends somatics, emotional intelligence, and design thinking to support real-time adaptation. People don’t come to me to push for more transformation; they come to create the conditions for restoration in the midst of uncertainty, and to discover who they become on the other side of what they couldn’t have predicted needing support with.

As someone living with chronic pain and neurodivergence, I understand what it means to build systems that honor the body, respect timing, and stay rooted in truth.

I am a living example that it’s possible to live a full, embodied, on-your-terms life: if you’re willing to examine, rewrite, and embody new language that fits who you are in each season.

If you’re ready to move through transition, creation, or relationship with more ease, reciprocity, and creative sovereignty, you’re in the right place.
