I support people moving through transition: burnout, role shifts, relational change, creative expansion, or uncertainty. I support those who want to meet change with steadiness, honesty, and devotion rather than force.
My work blends mind–body awareness, emotional intelligence, and systems thinking to help you regulate your nervous system, clarify what matters, and move forward with coherence and agency.
This is not about fixing yourself or pushing transformation. It’s about creating the conditions for restoration, so wise action becomes possible and so your own embodied wisdom can become a practice of acceptance with the reality you’re navigating.
I bring over a decade of experience in community work, education design, and relational leadership, alongside lived experience navigating chronic pain, major transitions, corporate and community work, and neurodivergence.
My approach is also supported by formal training. I’m certified in mind–body coaching through The Embody Lab and participate in an ongoing community of practice for continued education and ethical grounding. I understand what it means to build support systems that honor the body, respect timing, and actually work in real life. I’m here to help you do the same.
How we might work together…
I offer 1:1 somatic transition coaching through:
A minimum of three month containers for sustained support through complex transitions
Single sessions for focused advising, processing, creative support, or decision-making
All sessions are sliding scale based on income levels, ranging from $80 - $300 per session depending on the container
Ongoing clients may receive:
Regular sessions
Between-session support (via Signal)
Custom tools, frameworks, or gentle “homework” (sometimes practical, sometimes playful) to support clarity, courage, and follow-through during active change

A note on boundaries & relational clarity…
To protect my nervous system and the wider relational ecosystem, I don’t intermix coaching with other roles or relationships. That means:
If we work together in a part-time or full-time role, I can’t coach you
If we’re in community as peers or friends, I can’t coach you
If we’re art collaborators, I can’t coach you during that project
