why is most everything in lower case?

my writing practice is for me. i have adhd and the capitalization of words was always hard for me. i also love seeing my name - not - in all caps, and if you ever check out my art journaling guides, books, and decks all use “improper,” grammar. growing up between cultures, languages and contexts - i always struggled with how grammar rules insisted i communicate. as an academic and researcher i enjoy the process of formatting everything within, “proper,” grammar rules. when it comes to my creative work, i write how i’d prefer - lowercase and using grammar as a structural exercise to understand how language can transform our perceptions.
