hello, i’m tianna renee arredondo, consultant, facilitator, and artist

my journey

I have ten years experience between higher education, healthcare, NGO, NPO, and tech. my roles have been to lead as a climate change generalist, strategist, coach, and partnerships coordinator. I thrive working to support program management and narrative strategy that brings big visions to life. I have supported many environmental justice campaigns, higher education initiatives, grassroots coalition efforts, and multi-sector initiatives. As a consultant I enjoy being expected to solve problems that support the goals of the team being realized, in a way that works for all involved.

consulting

I support teams and leaders in balancing doing and feeling so that visions come to life in ways that are sustainable and transformative. In order to truly create change that is in integrity, it’s important to adapt work plans and strategies to meet the needs of the team, environment, and vision. coaching

Being a highly sensitive being has come with it’s own special set of obstacles. When I began my therapy journey I couldn’t find anyone who could support my unique needs. A few years after investing so much money, time and energy I began to study psychology and somatic solutions that were custom to my highly sensitive needs. About five years ago I began offering a coaching framework, emotional alchemy tools, and journaling prompts that serve highly sensitive leaders. I offer 1:1 coaching and group healing sessions. curriculum

The Anthropocene denotes the geological era of the planet, in which human behaviors dominates the influence on the climate and the environment. My programming, Alchemizing the [Inner] Anthropocene, offers custom workshops that focus on understanding climate change, climate solutions, and understanding the deeper spiritual meaning of our lives. to be able to ask the right questions,

you must learn how to be curious

in life, if you don’t ask the right questions you can be left out. isn’t it frustrating when you are following the rules and still nothing is working for you?

how does one move through working non-stop to tend to your situation and no matter what you do change is not happening in the ways that you wish?

maybe you are noticing that at work things are not harmonious? perhaps you keep dating the same archetype of person? what if it’s not your fault that your finances can’t shape into the patterns that you want to? where in your body do you need support so that you can maintain your health in the ways you wish?

we live in a society that is ruled by narratives of, if this works for me, it should work for you. it is harmful and delusional to assume that there can ever be a one-size-fits-all solution for anyone.

genuinely curious was birthed out of an accident of challenging expert recommendations that felt they were lacking context, understanding, and practicality. being a black, mexican, queer, non-binary person i knew that there was not enough understanding of what these identities and experiences were causing me to experience in my waking life and in my interiority.

i found that my career, relationships, finances, and health all had similar patterns. no one else was able to see the problems or complexities that i was sitting with no matter how much i paid or how dedicated i was to following the advice i was given. i began to question everything that i was being advised to do. instead of ignoring what didn’t work, i researched and questioned my way into other practices that would also support me. i found myself on a holistic healing journey. i began working with a nutritionist, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, and a multitude of western medicine practitioners. they each revealed that new research was showing how impacts of capitalism were causing specific diseases and injuries within neurodivergent beings. i knew i couldn’t avoid society so i began my own discovery of how to best tend to my body while journeying through this life. it was a complex five year journey. throughout the entire time i stayed committed to filing the gaps i felt were missing with what i needed at the time.

nutrition. physical therapy. emotional regulation. somatic therapy. regular tests. adjustments. cognitive therapy. community healing. play. rest. creativity. i was immersed in it all.

i hired coaches, entered into programs to learn the skills to heal myself, and became rigorous about my own research and creation practices. my community was supportive of my healing process and in each of these dynamics where i felt unseen, misunderstood or alone - i created what i needed to move through to the next phase of healing.

i got curious and trusted that i would be supported by whatever came next.

i found that the more questions i lived into, the more genuine my life felt. i found that the lack in life is not always directly related to finances, focus, ability or luck: it was an issue of understanding and curiosity. the more i was able to understand what was mine and what was not mine to hold - the more i began to feel embodied. the more i became intimate with my own emotional waves, belief systems, and behaviors - i was able to create the life i have so longed to live. i live a life filled with authentic, deep, fulfilling relationships, aligned work, and healing.

the organizations and lives of those i have supported have become more fulfilling, clear, and grounding not because they launched a multi-million dollar start-up, lost 100 lbs. or manifested their way into a reality where they experience no issues. my clients have become more intimate with reality, more aware of their emotional and somatic baselines, and more clear on what habits and rituals to incorporate into their life.

i’ve created an entire coaching system, consulting framework, curriculum, healing decks, and group healing circles to support regenerative relationships with yourself, your relational ecosystem, your organization, or your purpose.

committing to practices of curiosity will support you to be in your genuine expressions of yourself. this allows you to learn more about what it means for others to be in their truth as well. by doing this inner-work you are creating more space for healing and harmony wherever you show up.
